Ariston Consultancy Limited was founded by Aubrey Lau in the early 2005 as a specialist search firm servicing both clients and candidates in the Banking industry. Deriving from a Greek word,Ariston means “The Best”. Companies strive to seek out the best candidate in their industry and candidates always look for the best suited employers. Ariston endeavours to bridge the gap in this “searching for the best” process.
Our strategy is to focus on a selective clientele to avoid potential conflicts in conducting search assignments. Our philosophy is to be a long term recruitment partner for clients, assisting their development through different stages. Through this partnership relationship, we acquire an intimate knowledge of the culture and operation of our clients and are therefore able to source the most suitable candidates for them.
Our strength is to recruit middle to senior level executives from VP/Associate Director level and up. Ariston appreciates talents. Occasionally, we help junior level candidates who have high potential to find suitable employment.
